WonderPort Collectibles – Returns & Replacements Policy

We at WonderPort Collectibles take pride in delivering premium collectible items to our customers across South Africa. Due to the collectible and often limited-edition nature of our products, our returns and replacements policy is aligned with international standards of the brands that we supply, including POP MART and 52TOYS.

📦 Before You Order – Please Read Carefully

❓ What is a Blind Box?

A blind box is a sealed product where the contents are unknown until opened. Each series contains multiple figures, including regular and secret/rare editions. While full sets generally guarantee no duplicates, figures are randomly packed, and we cannot guarantee that you will receive a specific character or edition.

👉 No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for blind box purchases due to duplicate items, receiving a figure you didn’t want, or failure to receive a secret edition.


🔍 Returns & Exchanges: What Qualifies

✅ We Accept Returns/Exchanges For:

  • Defective or damaged items, excluding minor imperfections.

  • Missing accessories or incorrect cards in blind boxes.

  • Duplicates in a sealed full box set (we will replace the missing figure if a duplicate is found and verified).

  • MEGA 400% / 1000% Series – Only in cases of quality-related issues (requires unboxing video).

📹 Please record an unboxing video when opening your order to ensure eligibility for return/exchange. Requests without video may not be accepted.


🚫 We Do Not Accept Returns For:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

  • Preferences related to the character/design received.

  • Products without original packaging and accessories.

  • Items not purchased directly from https://wonderporthobbies.com.


🧾 How to Request a Return or Replacement

Please email us at info@wonderport.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Include the following:

  1. Your order number.

  2. Clear photos of the item and packaging.

  3. A video of the unboxing (required for products over 10cm).

  4. Description of the issue or defect.


🔁 Return Instructions

If your return is approved:

  1. Return all original packaging, accessories, and free gifts received.

  2. Email us the return tracking number.

  3. Upon inspection, a coupon, EFT payment or replacement will be issued.

  4. For quality-related returns, WonderPort will cover the shipping cost once proof of payment is received.

Note: The customer must initially cover return shipping. If the return is validated, we will reimburse via EFT, WonderPort store credit or coupon.


💰 Refund Timelines

Where refunds are approved, please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or via store credit, depending on the case.

Please note that from time to time, WonderPort may need to apply supply restrictions on certain product ranges in line with distributor guidelines and POP MART suggestions. This may include limiting purchases of ranges to one full set per person. Should you purchase multiple sets of a range, a refund will be issued for the additional purchases and this will be communicated to you via our various communication channels.


🏪 In-Store Purchases (Pop-Up Events & Conventions)

Items bought at WonderPort booths must be returned to the our HQ within 15 days with a valid receipt. Returns will only be accepted for verified defects. Please contact us before returning any item bought at an event.


⚠️ Defects That Qualify for Replacement

  • Missing parts or cards

  • Serious paint errors or broken parts

  • Product not standing upright or unstable

  • Manufacturing damage visible on arrival
